If your child has a fever of 100.4 or higher, vomiting or diarrhea (more than 3 instances in a 24-hour period), they are to remain out of school until those symptoms have been resolved for 24 hours. 
 
Health Forms Will Expire!
All Health Forms expire at the end of each school year. Please remember to complete all necessary forms during enrollment/registration. Notify Health Services as soon as possible with any changes.
